• Conduct ethical and compassionate individual mental health counseling through secure video chat, providing a safe space for clients to share their experiences.
• Utilize evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that identify each client's goals, integrating holistic approaches to support their journey to well-being.
• Assist clients in gaining deeper insights into their feelings, relationships, and life experiences, empowering them to foster personal growth.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Inner Harmony Therapy, you will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults experiencing a range of mental health challenges. Your role is crucial as you will help individuals improve their overall quality of life by equipping them with essential skills and coping strategies, fostering resilience and independence.

• Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline, such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current state-issued mental health counseling license allowing for independent practice. Acceptable licenses include:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• No limited or provisional licenses; candidates should have no history of disciplinary actions.
• Strong interpersonal skills combined with a compassionate and empathetic nature.
• Adept in utilizing technology with good computer literacy skills, including the ability to conduct sessions via video platforms.
• Must possess a reliable internet connection and a computer equipped with a webcam and audio capabilities to effectively engage with clients.

A minimum of 2 years of direct experience in individual mental health counseling is preferred. Candidates who have worked with diverse populations and possess specialized skills in specific therapeutic modalities will be highly regarded.
