• Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions via secure video chat, ensuring that you provide a safe and confidential environment for clients.
• Employ solution-focused therapeutic modalities to create targeted treatment plans aligned with clients' unique needs.

In this role, you will primarily work with stable, low acuity adults facing a range of mental health challenges. • A Master’s degree in a counseling-related field, including Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current, state-issued license to practice independently as a mental health counselor—specifically as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.
• No provisional or limited licenses; candidates must have a clean professional record free from disciplinary actions.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and a compassionate nature that encourages client engagement and trust.
• Proficiency in computer literacy, with access to a reliable computer equipped with a webcam and audio capabilities to facilitate video sessions.
• A dependable internet connection essential for remote work.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in a counseling role, working with adult populations.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, particularly solution-focused techniques.

Compassionate Care Counseling offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to USD 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
