Key Responsibilities

• Conduct ethical and compassionate individual mental health counseling sessions via secure video conferencing tools.
• Utilize solution-focused and evidence-based treatment modalities to facilitate individual therapy tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate the goals and challenges identified by clients during assessments.
• Assist clients in gaining deeper insights into their feelings, experiences, and interpersonal relationships through targeted discussions and therapeutic techniques.
• Continuously monitor client progress against treatment goals, adjusting strategies as necessary to promote healthy coping mechanisms and reinforce progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working primarily with stable, low acuity adults who present with a diverse range of mental health needs. Your focus will be on empowering clients to develop coping strategies, increase self-awareness, and navigate their emotional landscapes effectively. The collaborative nature of our approach allows for personalized care, ensuring that each client receives the appropriate attention and support required for their mental health journey.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline, such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current and valid state-issued mental health counseling license allowing independent practice. Please indicate your licensing credentials and state in your application:

• No limited or provisional licenses, and no records of disciplinary action.
• Strong interpersonal skills paired with a compassionate approach to therapy.
• Proficient computer skills with a reliable internet connection, webcam, and audio capabilities for conducting virtual sessions.

Preferred Experience

A minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling is preferred. Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms will aid in delivering efficient services to clients.

Compensation and Benefits

• A competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $104,000, commensurate with hours worked and experience.
