This full-time, remote position allows you to provide high-quality mental health care to clients through telehealth services. With a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $110,000 per year, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on individuals' lives while enjoying the flexibility of a remote work environment.

About the Organization

At NorthEast Alliance Counseling Services, we envision a society where mental and physical healthcare are seamlessly integrated to enhance overall well-being. Our mission is to empower individuals to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives by improving access to trusted, affordable, and personalized mental health services. As the fastest-growing behavioral health practice group in the nation, we pride ourselves on our exceptional clinical team and our commitment to providing evidence-based, compassionate care to every client.

Work Environment

The role of Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) operates in a fully remote environment, leveraging telehealth technology to connect with clients effectively. Our team collaborates digitally, using state-of-the-art platforms that facilitate secure video and audio sessions. The flexibility of remote work allows our counselors to maintain a healthy work-life balance while delivering vital services to clients across various locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to personalize therapy strategies that meet their unique needs.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, adapting techniques based on client profiles.
  • Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy, to optimize client outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
  • Document all clinical records accurately and maintain compliance with ethical and legal standards in mental health practice.
  • Engage in continuous professional development opportunities, including workshops and training sessions, to stay abreast of current mental health research and therapeutic practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relationship challenges. Our emphasis on tailored, empathetic care allows counselors to build trusting relationships, fostering an environment where clients feel safe and supported. We prioritize a client-centered approach, aiming to empower clients through collaborative goal setting and personalized therapeutic strategies.

Qualifications
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
  • Valid and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado.
  • A minimum of two years of counseling experience within a clinical setting, demonstrating proficiency in providing mental health care.
Preferred Experience
  • Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse is highly welcome, enhancing our practice's capabilities.
  • Experience working in a telehealth setting, comfortably utilizing various digital communication tools and resources.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $110,000, with additional performance-based bonuses.
  • Access to comprehensive dental, vision, and health insurance plans to support your well-being.
  • Provision of malpractice insurance for added peace of mind.
  • Opportunities for client referrals that help increase caseloads.
  • Support with billing and documentation processes to help you focus on providing client care rather than administrative tasks.
