We're a growing performance marketing team supporting 3–5 brands, primarily in the adult toy and lifestyle space. We're looking for a sharp, self-driven Media Buyer who's ready to own paid media from strategy through execution — and who thrives in a fast-moving, test-and-learn environment.
This is a fully remote, individual contributor role reporting directly to the founder.
You'll collaborate closely with an in-house graphic designer and developer, present work directly to clients, and be expected to bring both analytical rigor and creative curiosity to everything you do.
What You'll Do
You'll manage and scale paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Reddit, FetLife, and TrafficJunky, with a strong focus on performance, efficiency, and growth. Day-to-day, that means auditing and optimizing live campaigns, building out new ones, structuring creative tests, and translating data into clear recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.
Specific responsibilities include managing monthly budgets of $50K or more across multiple brands, owning campaign structure and bidding strategy, briefing creative assets in collaboration with our design and development team, and maintaining clean tracking and attribution via GA4 and GTM. You'll also be responsible for bi-weekly client reporting — both written reports and live calls — and are expected to communicate findings and strategic direction clearly and confidently.
You'll use Notion to stay organized across brands and projects, Slack for team communication, and Claude for research, analysis, and workflow efficiency. Comfort and fluency with AI tools isn't a nice-to-have here — it's part of how we work.
What We're Looking For
Experience & Platform Knowledge
- 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience
- Deep expertise across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Reddit Ads, FetLife, and TrafficJunky — from campaign architecture to day-to-day optimization
- Proven experience managing $50K+/month in ad spend with measurable results
- Strong understanding of platform compliance, ad policies, and account appeal processes across both mainstream and adult-specific platforms — you know how to navigate restrictions without losing momentum
Technical Skills
- Proficient in GA4 and GTM for tracking, attribution, and audience building
- Comfortable working within Notion for project management and documentation, and Slack for team communication
- Actively uses Claude and other AI tools to improve workflow, analysis, and output quality
Creative & Strategic Thinking
- Experience briefing and collaborating on creative assets — you don't need to design, but you need to direct
- Strong test-and-learn mentality: you form hypotheses, structure experiments cleanly, and act on results
- Ability to manage paid strategy across multiple brands simultaneously without losing focus or quality
Communication & Organization
- Confident presenting analysis and recommendations directly to clients — written and live
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and priorities without dropping the ball
- Clear, professional communicator who can translate performance data into plain-language insights
Comfort with Content
- This role supports brands in the adult toy and lifestyle industry. Candidates must be comfortable working with NSFW content on a regular basis.
