Role Highlights:
As the Receptionist, you’ll be the cornerstone of our office operations, responsible for:

Answering phones and ensuring each caller feels valued and heard.

Greeting clients with warmth and professionalism.

Managing conference rooms, filing, copying, and word processing.

Handling time entries, file management, order lunch for office, and light calendaring.

Supporting the team as a backstop for support staff, including legal assistants, paralegals, and attorneys.

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rate: $15–$20/hour, based on experience.
