  • Experience in AWS API gateway, Lambda, IAM, CloudWatch (for monitoring), Kinesis (for publishing case events)
  • Reporting, view, dashboard development [ No specific tool - general experience in querying a dataset with conditional logic]
  • Ability to configure Workflow, Business Rules, Custom fields, Security role, channel enablement
  • DevOps, CI/CD pipeline, familiarity with Git repositories, automation of system health check
