Ideal Full-Time Opportunity in Beautiful Napa We are a long-standing private practice of 27 years focusing on a slower pace of care while maintaining the highest levels of quality and compassion. Many advanced procedures are performed, including implant placement/restoration, sedation, oral surgery (most 3rd molars), RCT's, dentures, cosmetic makeovers, and full mouth reconstruction. Our work environment includes: On-the-job training Flexible working hours Safe work environment We are looking for an energetic, reliable Lead Dental Assistant Tu/Wed/Thu to blend in with our happy, easygoing, close-knit group.

Applicant needs current RDA, X-ray and coronal polish licenses and is CPR certified. A dedicated willingness to follow our proven routines is necessary, though encouragement to create their own work flow improving efficiency is appreciated. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of dental assisting experience.

A happy, willing, positive attitude is a must. Must be wiling to work evenings and weekends as needed- Inquire for more details Responsibilities: Medical History review, consent to treat forms, post-op instructions and charting. Treatment plan presentation & sequencing.

Take X-rays. Ability to take/assist with impressions for all procedures Fabricate temporary crowns and bridges. Maintain autoclave, handpieces, vacuum lines, and sterilize instruments.

Coordinate with labs to fabricate restorations. Room setup/cleanup, disinfection and stocking. Excellent communication with doctors and other staff during and after procedures.

Willingness to make the next appointment chairside. Ability to assist the hygienist or front office coordinator when needed.
