We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Full-Time Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team. The RDA is essential in providing exceptional patient care, assisting the dentist chairside, and ensuring smooth office operations.

Responsibilities
Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures to ensure patient comfort and efficiency
Prepare and set up treatment operatories before procedures and breakdown afterward
Manage infection control by sterilizing instruments and maintaining a clean work environment
Adhere strictly to OSHA and safety policies and procedures
Provide patients with clear instructions for oral care following dental treatments
Perform general office housekeeping tasks as needed
Support the team with any additional duties assigned by the immediate supervisor

Salary Range

Full-time $25 - $42 per hour
