Traveling Position

The role of the Specialty Care Team RDA is to foster a seamless integration of specialty services into our Apex affiliated practices in the region. This person will work alongside the OBMs, RBMs, practice team members, specialty team members, Specialists, and our Director of Specialty Services, to deliver efficient, quality dentistry, increase production, and maintain profitability of the specialty care team(s). They will be responsible for the day to day dental assisting for their Specialist and success of the specialty team(s).

Core responsibilities:

  • Prepare rooms and turn over rooms.
  • Assist during Specialty dental procedures
  • Update and maintain patient records/charting.
  • Make patients comfortable and hear their concerns.
  • Assist with confirmation calls/value calls as needed.
  • Handle incoming post operative calls.
  • Ensure Specialists stay on schedule and their schedule appears feasible.
  • Assist and work alongside designated office team members and office RDAs.
  • Travel to offices to ensure specialty success.
  • Perform special assignments, projects, and other duties as required.
