RESPONSIBILITIES:

As an RBT, you directly impact success and development for our clients and families. You’ll have the structure, support, and feedback you need to succeed, while being part of a collaborative and compassionate team.

  • Make a Direct Impact: Spend the majority of your time (about 80%) working one-on-one or in small groups with clients, helping them build skills and confidence.
  • Stay Organized & Supportive: Use about 20% of your time for session notes, documentation, and other tasks that keep client care consistent and high quality.
  • Bring Treatment Plans to Life: Follow individualized plans created by a BCBA, implementing written protocols tailored to each client’s unique goals.

Requirements:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • RBT Certification (must be obtained within 90 days of hire)
  • Experience working with children (experience with behavioral or developmental needs preferred
  • CPR/First Aid Certification (adult & child) — must be completed within 30 days of hire
  • Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, data entry)
  • Strong communication, reliability, and time management skills
  • Team-oriented and professional in all situations
  • Reliable transportation to on-site location
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, assist with client needs, and maintain safety awareness
  • Comfortable supporting personal care needs (e.g., toileting, diaper changes)
  • Comfortable with challenging behaviors (e.g., tantrums, elopement)
  • Consistent availability (up to 40 hours/week) during center hours
