Join Us as a Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
The Lead RBT works alongside new employees to assist with any questions newer BTs/RBTs may have to provide a complete and beneficial experience to families and clients.
What You'll Do:
  • Additional Central Reach (CR) support for new staff
  • Monthly newsletters
  • Implement/oversee/manage weekly classroom craft/activities
  • Classroom organization
  • Circle time
  • Manage classroom schedules
  • Request/order supplies and inventory
  • Parent communication- supplies needed, etc.
  • Assist with employee retention program (shout out board, gift cards, pizza party) etc.
  • Provide ABA therapy one on one or in group sessions to children with ASD
  • Implement goals designed by BCBAs including reinforcement procedures, teaching procedures, behavior reduction procedures, discrete trial teaching, etc.
  • Implement behavior acquisition and behavior reduction plans
  • Work with BCBA to implement individualized goals and checklists
  • Conduct stimulus preference assessments
  • Collect accurate data and complete session note in accordance with company policy
  • Convert all sessions in Central Reach within 24 hours of each session
  • Maintain client's program book
  • Develop/create teaching materials
  • Provide basic care to the clients (e.g., toileting, eating)
  • Discuss client's daily progress with parents/caretakers
  • Participate in team meetings as requested
  • Be prepared and on time for each session
  • Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients
  • Maintain and protect the well-being of all clients
  • Maintain technical and professional knowledge with continuing education
  • Provide coverage while other RBTs are out of clinic and must be comfortable working with kids with various levels of autism and needs.
  • Pass 90-day BT/RBT competencies with 80%; maintain a BT/RBT competency score of 80% on a quarterly basis
  • Comply with all BACB and company policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines.

  • RBT Certification is required.
  • Required to maintain an active/unexpired RBT certificate throughout your tenure with the Company.

Work Location & Hours:
This is a full-time position on-site in our Newark, NJEI Center. The core hours for this position are 8:30am to 5:00pm.

Compensation
The expected salary range for this role is $52,000-$55,000 per year.
Final compensation will be based on a range of factors, such as your skills, education, experience, certifications, market conditions, and internal equity. All offers are made in alignment with applicable federal and state laws.
