Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week
Shifts: 7:30 AM-4:00 PM or 8:30 AM-5:00 PM (must be available for either)
Compensation: $41,600-$49,920 annually, based on experience and certifications

Responsibilities
THE ROLE
As a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work one-on-one with children with autism under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Every session is an opportunity to help a child speak their first words, try a new food, make a friend, or gain independence in daily life. You will implement individualized treatment plans targeting communication, behavior, feeding, activities of daily living (ADLs), and social skills - making a measurable difference in each child's journey.
WHAT YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE
  • Implement individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA to address each child's unique goals.
  • Collect and record precise data to track each child's progress and inform ongoing treatment updates.
  • Collaborate closely with your clinical supervisor to ensure consistent, high-quality care for every child.
  • Build positive, trusting relationships with children, their families, and your fellow team members.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
  • High School Diploma
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
  • Patience, compassion, and a genuine commitment to helping children with autism reach their goals
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a care team

Preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree (completed or in progress)
  • 6+ months of experience working with children

Certification Note
Applicants who are not yet RBT-certified must complete the RBT coursework and pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire. We actively support you through this process - ask us how!
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Perform physical activities including reaching, grasping, walking briskly, running, sitting on the floor, kneeling, crouching, climbing stairs, and transitioning quickly between positions throughout the day.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively using verbal and non-verbal methods appropriate for each child.
  • Successfully complete Safety Care training and annual re-certifications, including carrying children per Safety Care protocols. Active participation in Safety Care is a condition of employment.
