Full Time Radiologic Technologist - Hoxie, KansasWe need you! Join a friendly, small-town team where your work truly makes a difference. As a Radiologic Technologist, youโ€™ll perform a variety of imaging procedures while ensuring patient comfort, safety, and care every step of the way. Youโ€™ll greet patients, help them feel at ease, prep for exams, and keep things running smoothly while working alongside a supportive team that values quality care & quality of life.LOAN FORGIVENESS

Salary: $25 - $37 DOE

Schedule: 7:30am - 5pm 4 days per week

One call 1 night per wk 5pm - 7:30am @$50 (double pay if go in)

Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostic imaging procedures including X-Ray, CT, DEXA, EKG, Holter Monitors, and Ultrasound; assist with additional modalities as needed

  • Ensure patient safety and comfort while operating imaging equipment in compliance with safety protocols to minimize radiation and other hazards

  • Prepare and position patients appropriately, using protective shielding and aseptic techniques; assess and report any pain affecting imaging quality

  • Maintain accurate records, schedules, documentation, and patient charts in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR)

  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and clinical staff while demonstrating professionalism and teamwork

  • Provide age-appropriate care across all patient populations, following hospital policies, infection control standards, and safety regulations

  • Assist with training new staff and supporting departmental workflow, including transporting patients and maintaining quality control on all equipment

Qualifications

  • Associates Degree, Bachelorโ€™s preferred, not required

  • Active license in the State of Kansas for a Radiologic Technologist

  • Experience in the hospital setting preferred, not required

  • Certified in Computed Tomography (CT) and Bone Density (DEXA) preferred

  • Registered with an active license with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)

  • Current BCLS certification
