Job description

The NC Real Estate Commission is seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented Paralegal to join our Regulatory Affairs Division. In this role, you will support attorneys and program staff by performing advanced legal and administrative work that helps ensure the division operates efficiently and effectively.

This position is responsible for drafting, reviewing, and approving a variety of legal instruments for form and legality; providing litigation support; responding to legal‑related inquiries and complaints from the public; and maintaining essential law office operations.
