FlexStaff-Quality Management Nurse

Are you a field nurse looking to get off the road? We have an exciting opportunity available in our client's Brooklyn office!

Are you passionate about elevating healthcare quality and ensuring compliance? FlexStaff is seeking a knowledgeable and dynamic RN Quality Manager to lead our client's quality assurance efforts and uphold the highest standards of home health care. If you have a strong background in regulatory compliance, clinical review, and quality improvement, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact!

Responsibilities: 

  • Appeals preparation
  • Grievance tracking
  • Patient satisfaction analysis, and competency evaluations. 
  • The ideal candidate demonstrates professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence in patient care and staff support.

Qualifications:

  • Valid NYS RN license
  • In-depth knowledge of CHHA regulations, including federal, state, and DOH requirements
  • Solid understanding of Medicare Conditions of Participation (CoPs) for home health, including documentation, visit frequency, and billing standards
  • Experience conducting clinical record reviews for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
  • Familiarity with OASIS data collection and its influence on quality reporting and reimbursement
  • Proven ability to analyze quality metrics, identify trends, and develop corrective action plans 
  • Prior experience with survey readiness, audits, or responding to agencies such as OMIG, CMS, or DOH
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across clinical, administrative, and operational teams
  • Proficiency in EMR systems like HCHB or similar platforms
