Now Hiring QC Technician - Entry Level

Our Pharma is looking for an individual to join the growing team as a full-time QC Technician - Entry Level. This position will contribute to general Quality operations and QC Microbiology Operations, reporting to the QC Manager.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Developing, maintaining, and adhering to a working knowledge of cGMPs / GLPs
  • Collecting and processing Quality Control Environmental Monitoring Samples
  • Maintaining proper aseptic technique, including sterile garbing/gowning, during sample collection(s)
  • Reading and recording QC microbiological samples/plates
  • Interpreting microbiological growth, including counting colonies (CFUs), and distinguishing between bacterial and fungal morphologies
  • Adhering to Good Documentation Practices (GDPs) in all areas
  • Reading and interpreting media filled units for turbidity and/or evidence of microbiological growth
