Work Environment

This position is entirely remote and primarily conducted through telehealth platforms, allowing for flexible work arrangements. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to determine clients' mental health conditions and needs, ensuring a personalized approach to treatment.
• Develop, implement, and continuously adjust individualized treatment plans that align with clients' therapeutic goals.
• Deliver individual therapy sessions to adult clients utilizing various evidence-based methodologies, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.
• Utilize teletherapy tools to conduct remote sessions, ensuring seamless and effective communication with clients.
• Provide crisis intervention services and support clients during times of urgent need.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, such as attending workshops or seminars, to remain current with the latest mental health practices and standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A current and valid licensure as a LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Social Work, Psychology, or Mental Health Counseling; a master's or higher degree is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to foster effective client interactions and manage therapeutic responsibilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining a high standard of care and confidentiality.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a telehealth environment or virtual therapy practice is advantageous.
• Familiarity with digital health platforms and tools to enhance client engagement and service delivery.
• Experience in a specialized area of mental health counseling (e.g., trauma-informed care, substance abuse counseling, family therapy) is a plus.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000, commensurate with your caseload and experience.
