  • New graduates welcome

  • New behavioral health hospital expected to open August 1

  • Physician hired prior to opening to assist with startup and program development

  • Initial adult patient population with future expansion into adolescent services, PHP, and IOP programs

  • Expected census of approximately 34 patients in year one with continued growth toward 144 beds

  • Seeking one full-time psychiatrist initially with plans for additional long-term psychiatrist hires

  • Scribes provided

  • Physicians are able to focus primarily on patient care

  • Dedicated support team handles prior authorizations, follow-up calls, and administrative tasks
