Position Details:
- Full-Time: 40+ Part-Tine 30+ hours per week
- Direct Support Professionals Supports $23.00 Per Hour
- ODDS Job Coaching Supports: $25 Per Hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized in-home support with daily living tasks, personal care, and household management
- Deliver life skills training aligned with individual client goals, fostering greater independence
- Encourage and support communication skills, social interaction, and relationship building
- Assist with medication reminders and administration in accordance with care plans
- Schedule, coordinate, and accompany clients to medical, dental, and therapeutic appointments
- Offer transportation, shopping assistance, and advocacy to support client needs and preferences
- Promote community inclusion by engaging clients in local events, recreational activities, and volunteer opportunities
- Support clients in navigating community resources, employment, and educational programs
- Ensure safety, comfort, and dignity in all settings, whether at home or in the community
Qualifications:
- Successfully pass criminal, driving, drug, and Orchards, the state background check each year.
- Demonstrate reliability, initiative, and accountability in all aspects of the role
- Maintain access to a smartphone or tablet for documentation and communication
- Be computer literate and able to complete required documentation and online training
- Complete a minimum of 24 hours of approved training annually
- Hold valid in-person CPR/First Aid and Food Handler's certifications prior to hire
- Provide a dependable vehicle with valid insurance that meets 100/300/100 liability coverage requirements, with the Agency listed as an interested party for any changes to coverage during employment
- Exhibit compassion, patience, and professionalism when supporting clients and families
- Apply strong problem-solving skills and practical life abilities in everyday situations
- Confidently deliver hands-on support, training, and guidance to clients with diverse needs
