Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our nursing team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality resident care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized care plans. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to promote positive resident outcomes while ensuring care is delivered in accordance with professional nursing standards, facility policies, and South Dakota Department of Health regulations.
The RN also provides leadership during assigned shifts by supervising Nurse Aide Trainees (NATs) and Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs), serving as a clinical resource, role model, and advocate for quality resident care. Strong clinical judgment, communication, documentation, and teamwork are essential to success in this position.
