Description
We are a growing, fast-paced, physician-led practice and a leader in the care and treatment of kidney disease. We are looking for a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team.
Our clinics are open Monday through Friday, with no weekend or holiday requirements. The right candidate will enjoy working in a collaborative environment, building relationships with patients, and partnering closely with our physicians and clinical team to provide high-quality, patient-centered care.
As an RN with RenalCare Associates, you will play an important role in coordinating care and helping patients navigate their treatment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Communicating patient concerns and changes in condition to physicians and other members of the care team

  • Reviewing medications and allergies and assisting with medication management as directed by providers
  • Coordinating referrals, follow-up care, and other services
  • Maintaining accurate and timely patient documentation
  • Monitoring patient conditions and response to treatment
  • Collaborating closely with physicians and clinical staff to ensure continuity of care

This position is a great fit for a nurse who enjoys patient education, critical thinking, care coordination, and developing ongoing relationships with patients and providers.

  • Current CPR certification required
  • Three years of nursing experience preferred
  • Nephrology and/or critical care experience preferred
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
  • Excellent communication, patient education, and customer service skills
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong teamwork, professionalism, reliability, and follow-through

Most importantly, we're looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional care to our patients.
RenalCare Associates is an equal opportunity employer and considers all qualified applicants equally without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran status, or disability status.
