Your Role as a Registered Nurse

As a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients through meaningful interactions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing patient needs through continuous evaluation and adjusting care plans as necessary based on changes in their condition.
  • Delivering clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and LPNs on a daily basis.
  • Ensuring that all care and services align with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational standards.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • A nursing diploma (either an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing).
  • Active and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the relevant state, maintained in good standing throughout your employment.
  • Preferred: At least one year of experience in skilled nursing.
  • CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation, with the expectation that it remains current throughout employment.
