Your Role as a Registered Nurse

As a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our patients through meaningful interactions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing patient needs through continuous evaluation and adjusting care plans as necessary based on patient condition changes.
  • Delivering clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and LPNs on a daily basis.

Your goal will be to help patients achieve and maintain their highest possible level of physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • A diploma in nursing (either an associate’s or bachelor’s degree).
  • Active and valid nursing license in the applicable state, with a commitment to maintaining good standing throughout your employment.
  • Preferred: At least one year of experience in skilled nursing.
  • CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation, with a commitment to keeping it current throughout employment.
