Senior Project Manager
Location: Columbus, OH

Work Arrangement: Onsite
Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, field operations, and client relationships while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, including startup, construction, and closeout
  • Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, forecasting, and cost control
  • Lead project teams, subcontractors, and field personnel to ensure successful project execution
  • Review contracts, change orders, and project financial performance
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards
  • Serve as the primary client contact and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
  • Utilize Procore and Microsoft Office to manage project documentation and reporting

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 2-4+ years of commercial construction project management experience
  • Proven experience managing commercial projects from inception through completion
  • Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong leadership, communication, financial management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read technical documents and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with commercial general contractors
  • Knowledge of construction scheduling, budgeting, and change management
  • OSHA certification or other construction-related credentials
