Responsibilities:

  • Develop and evolve a product roadmap that translates high-level strategy into actionable milestones; proactively communicate progress and changes to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Define success criteria for all new features and products; analyze and report on post-launch performance against success criteria to drive continuous improvement.
  • Identify market opportunities through data analysis and research to ensure the product remains competitive.
  • Lead customer discovery through frequent interviews and on-site visits to uncover needs and pain points, acting as the "voice of the customer" within the product team.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and UX/Design to execute on the roadmap, ensuring high-quality releases that meet user expectations.
  • Implement automated workflows and technologies to enhance product scalability and internal operational efficiency.
  • Own the product-side execution of go-to-market plans, ensuring all internal teams are aligned on the value proposition and launch objectives.
  • Balance business goals with technical feasibility, ensuring that product decisions drive value and solve genuine user problems.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or strong in product experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management or related fields.
  • Experience in conducting, compiling and presenting customer research.
  • Able to think critically and make data-driven decisions based on product specifications, while acknowledging trade-offs.
  • Passion for data driven innovation and solutions for dealers.
  • Outstanding project and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Previous startup experience desired.
