What youll do
  • Develop and formulate novel electronic materials, including conductive, resistive, and dielectric inks according to defense system requirements in close contact with customers
  • Optimize and scale ink formulations for different printing techniques and substrates to meet evolving customer and regulatory needs
  • Plan and execute lab experiments and conduct analytical tests and characterization (e.g., viscosity, rheology, conductivity, adhesion, stability).
  • Shape product strategy and identify growth opportunities in alignment with strategy, business development, and key account teams
  • Collaborate with and steer cross-functional team to execute technical strategy at customer, including product launches, complaint management, and new application development: (Sales, KAM, BD, PD, Operations, Lab Technician, etc)
  • Protect innovations by identifying IP opportunities and filing relevant IP.
