Job Description
Utilize software tools to monitor print devices and proactively manage devices
Check all devices for issues including but not limited to: low supplies, low paper, equipment displaying an error code, lack of functionality, any connectivity fault
Provide print driver installation and networking support
Provide basic training, engage service group for on-site service
Manage help desk and service calls
Prepare basic reports
Qualifications
Required Candidate Skills:
Able to demonstrate good levels of computer and basic network skills
Basic and intermediate use of MS Office, sufficient to maintain reporting in Excel ; web access knowledge and Internet skills
Able to demonstrate ability to send and receive emails , find, open and save documents and files, perform data entry
