Job description

Seeking a full time Pre-Litigation Case Manager to meaningfully contribute to the growth and success of our rapidly expanding practice. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and compassionate legal professional with at least 2 years’ experience in plaintiff personal injury law. You will manage a full caseload under the supervision of attorneys, acting as the key point of contact for clients, providers, and insurers throughout the life of a case. Previous pre-litigation and personal injury experience are required. Candidates without the required experience will not be considered.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
  • Maintain frequent and compassionate communication with clients regarding case status, treatment progress, and legal steps;
  • Heavy phone contact with providers and insurance carriers;
  • Draft correspondence and other prelitigation related documents.
  • Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in plaintiff's personal injury law (required);
  • Strong understanding of New Jersey tort law, court procedures, and efiling systems;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Proficient in legal case management software;
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and stay organized in a fastpaced environment;
  • Treat others with respect and contribute to a positive team environment;
  • Strong computer skills with Microsoft Word and PDF conversion software. Excel and PowerPoint experience is necessary;
  • Knowledge of Local and State discovery rules;
  • Organization skills and attention to detail.
