Perioperative Anesthesia Outcomes Specialist (CRNA)Company: HireNow Staffing (Direct Placement Partner)HireNow SnapshotHireNow Staffing is actively recruiting multiple Perioperative Anesthesia Outcomes Specialists (CRNAs) to join one of our valued client partners in Montgomery, Pennsylvania. This full-time opportunity is ideal for Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists seeking schedule flexibility, outstanding earning potential, and the opportunity to practice across a broad variety of surgical procedures while maintaining an exceptional work-life balance.The selected professionals will provide safe, evidence-based anesthesia care before, during, and after surgical and procedural cases while collaborating closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nursing teams, and perioperative staff. This position offers flexible shift options, a supportive clinical environment, and opportunities for both experienced CRNAs and new graduates to thrive.Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive pre-anesthesia patient evaluations.
  • Develop individualized anesthesia care plans based on patient history and procedural requirements.
  • Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care within clinical privileges.
  • Continuously monitor patients throughout procedures while responding to changing physiological conditions.
  • Safely manage airway interventions and anesthesia recovery.
  • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and perioperative professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Provide post-anesthesia assessments and discharge recommendations.
  • Maintain complete, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs.
  • Maintain current clinical knowledge through continuing education and evidence-based practice.
Required Qualifications
  • Current certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
  • Current Pennsylvania licensure or eligibility for Pennsylvania licensure before employment.
  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia educational program.
  • National Board Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA) certification.
  • Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to safely manage diverse anesthesia cases independently and within collaborative care models.
  • Must currently reside within commuting distance of Montgomery, Pennsylvania, or relocate independently before employment.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • U.S.-based applicants only.

  • Previous hospital or surgical center anesthesia experience.
  • Experience with regional anesthesia and ultrasound-guided techniques.
