We are looking to hire a hard-working, trustworthy Senior Pool Technician to join our team. This is a full-time, year-round position that will be responsible for a pool route plus one-time services and minor repairs. We offer hourly pay, health coverage compensation PLUS incentive rewards. What Our Technicians Do:
  • Treat each service visit with customer satisfaction in mind
  • Perform on-site minor repairs, filter cleanings, one-time services and recurring pool maintenance
  • Maintain equipment and chemical stock levels in company vehicle
  • Update customer pool records, report any pool issues to management
  • Test water chemistry and add chemicals as needed
  • Vacuum, skim, brush pools and empty pool baskets
  • Backwash filters, check pool equipment
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
  • Solid knowledge of chemical readings and pool water balancing
  • Experience with a variety of pool services such as filter cleans, green-to-cleans, other one-time pool services
  • Customer service mindset: confident, professional, friendly
  • Hard-working with a positive attitude and initiative
  • Reliable to work according to schedule, based on mutual respect amongst the team
  • Some heavy lifting (could be 50lbs)
  • Enjoy being outdoors and doing physical work
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record (company vehicle provided)
  • Clean background check
  • High school diploma or higher
  • Minimum 1-year previous professional experience in pool industry

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Diagnosis and minor repair work on pool equipment such as repairs for PVC leaks, valves, filters, sweepers, impeller clean-outs, etc.
  • CPO and/or other industry certifications
  • Desire for career growth and advancement opportunities

Compensation: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
