Area Pool Supervisor – Seasonal Leadership Role

Join our team this summer as an Area Pool Supervisor!

We're looking for experienced, responsible leaders to oversee Summer pool operations and staff across multiple pool facilities in your area. You'll serve as the link between AquaSafe management, clients, and on-site pool teams to ensure safe, smooth, and professional operations.

What You'll Do

· Supervise several pool locations within your assigned district.

· Support and train lifeguards and pool managers.

· Manage staff schedules, training, and daily facility operations.

· Conduct pool inspections and ensure Health Department compliance.

· Maintain excellent relationships with clients, pool patrons and team members.

· Respond to emergencies and incidents in a timely and professional manner.

· Support and guide seasonal international J-1 students through cultural adjustments in the US.---

What You'll Need

· 3+ years of lifeguard, pool management, or supervisory experience.

· Strong background in reporting and documentation.

· Excellent communication and leadership skills.

· Ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

· Strong reliability and organizational skills.

· Customer service–focused mindset.

· Commitment to maintaining strict safety standards.

· Current Lifeguard, CPR, and First Aid certifications (or willingness to renew).

· Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred (can be obtained after hire).

· Valid U.S. driver's license.

· Availability from on or before May 15 – September 15, including weekends and holidays.
