We are growing rapidly and looking for a Field Service Technician to join our team installing, troubleshooting, and repairing automatic swimming pool cover systems. Technicians travel to residential homes to install, service, and maintain pool cover systems while providing excellent customer service.

No pool cover experience? No problem. We provide on-the-job training for candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and experience working with tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair automatic pool cover systems at residential homes.
  • Perform service operations according to work orders and service requests.
  • Verify job site measurements prior to installations.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical or electrical issues with pool cover systems.
  • Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
  • Provide professional and courteous customer service during all client interactions.
  • Recommend system upgrades, replacement covers, or additional repairs to improve safety and performance.
  • Complete service documentation, recording work completed and parts used.
  • Communicate follow-up service needs when required.
  • Assist with training and supervising field service helpers when needed.
  • Ensure service vehicles are stocked with required parts and tools.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of service vehicles and work areas.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on company vehicles and report issues to the Fleet Manager.
  • Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
  • Willingness to work extended hours when needed
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with tools
  • Ability to troubleshoot mechanical or technical issues

Experience Preferred

  • 1–2+ years of service technician, mechanical trade, construction, or similar field experience
  • Experience repairing mechanical or electrical equipment
  • Customer service or client-facing experience is a plus
  • Experience with automatic pool covers is a bonus but not required
