Job description

Interventional Pain Management Physician

Full-Time | Lake Worth, Florida | Monday–Friday | No Hospital Call

Join a Growing, Patient-Focused Interventional Pain Practice

We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and motivated Interventional Pain Management Physician to join our established outpatient practice in the Lake Worth area. This is an excellent opportunity to practice evidence-based interventional pain medicine in a collaborative environment with experienced providers, dedicated clinical support, and a strong referral network.

Our physicians focus on delivering exceptional patient outcomes while maintaining an outstanding work-life balance. If you are passionate about improving patients' quality of life through advanced interventional techniques, we'd love to meet you.

Schedule
  • Full-time

  • Monday through Friday

  • Outpatient practice
  • Shared after-hours telephone call approximately once every 4–6 weeks

What You'll Do
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with acute and chronic pain conditions.

  • Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.

  • Perform a wide range of interventional pain procedures, including:

    • Epidural steroid injections

    • Facet injections

    • Medial branch blocks

    • Radiofrequency ablation

    • Peripheral nerve blocks

  • Evaluate and manage candidates for advanced pain therapies, including:

    • Spinal Cord Stimulation (SCS)

    • Dorsal Root Ganglion (DRG) stimulation

    • Peripheral Nerve Stimulation (PNS)

    • Intrathecal Drug Delivery Systems (Pain Pumps)

  • Collaborate closely with primary care providers, specialists, therapists, and care coordinators to optimize patient outcomes.

  • Educate patients regarding diagnoses, treatment options, expectations, and long-term pain management strategies.

  • Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation within the electronic medical record.

  • Stay current with advancements in interventional pain medicine and participate in continuing medical education.

Qualifications
  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school (or foreign equivalent).

  • Completion of an accredited Pain Medicine fellowship.

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Medicine through:

    • Anesthesiology

    • Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R)

  • Eligible for unrestricted Florida medical licensure.

  • Experience performing interventional pain procedures; neuromodulation and implant experience preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.

  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
