Project Manager – Lead Landmark $75M Commercial Sports & Recreation Builds


Job Overview

  • Job/Employment Type: Full-Time.

  • Project Scope: Commercial Sports Academy Buildouts
  • Mandatory Licences & Certifications: Valid Driver's License and OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification.


The Opportunity

You will serve as the primary leader for a world-class, 11.5-acre tennis academy project, managing a high-profile build valued up to $75 million. This role offers you the chance to leave a lasting legacy by delivering a landmark sports facility for a company with 20 years of local stability. You will have the autonomy to drive the full project lifecycle while enjoying a comprehensive executive-level compensation and tech package.


How You Will Make an Impact

  • Direct all pre-construction planning, including phasing strategies, master scheduling, and municipal permitting.
  • Execute the daily management of a 11.5-acre site encompassing indoor/outdoor courts, clubhouses, and retail facilities.
  • Coordinate complex OAC and subcontractor meetings to maintain strict adherence to $75M budgets and timelines.
  • Oversee high-fidelity quality control and safety protocols for specialized sports surfaces and MEP systems.
  • Manage the full procurement strategy and negotiation of all subcontractor agreements and material packages.
  • Verify project transparency by maintaining meticulous digital documentation within Procore and Primavera P6.
  • Drive the final commissioning and closeout process to ensure a seamless transition to ownership.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive project management experience with a licensed general contractor.
  • Proven history managing ground-up commercial projects with total values exceeding $30 million.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Procore and CPM scheduling software like Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
  • Advanced technical knowledge of civil, structural, and MEP trades in a multi-building campus environment.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Master’s degree in Construction Management or Business Administration (MBA).
