What You'll Be Doing

As one of our Service Technicians, you'll be trusted to diagnose, repair, and educate customers on the best plumbing solutions for their homes and businesses.

Responsibilities include:

  • Diagnosing plumbing issues accurately and efficiently
  • Repairing water, drain, sewer, and gas systems
  • Installing and replacing water heaters, fixtures, valves, disposals, and plumbing components
  • Performing sewer camera inspections and drain cleaning
  • Recommending repairs and options that genuinely benefit the customer
  • Preparing estimates using our digital service platform
  • Maintaining a clean, organized service vehicle
  • Delivering a five-star customer experience from arrival to completion
  • Participating in our rotating on-call schedule

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of plumbing service and repair experience preferred
  • Strong residential service experience (commercial service experience is a plus)
  • Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with customers
  • Experience presenting repair options and closing work with honesty and integrity
  • Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
  • Clean appearance and professional attitude
