Responsibilities

The LOTO Coordinator in Holly Springs, NC supports specific project needs by ensuring best practices are implemented, safety compliance requirements are met, and enhance a culture of safety.

  • Oversee all aspects of the commercial construction project within the pharmaceutical facility ensuring OSHA compliance
  • Conduct daily safety meetings
  • Complete accident reports and conduct accident investigations
  • Daily safety audits and inspections
  • Oversee all subcontractors and contractors
  • Write job hazard analysis (JHA) and health & safety plans (HASP)

Qualifications

  • LOTO Coordinator, pharma experience is a must
  • Late Nov, early Dec start date going at through to Nov of 2026 (possibly beyond)
  • No special certs needed, just solid LOTO capabilities Procedures & Training
  • Develop and maintain LOTO procedures for all equipment and energy sources involved in the project. Train and supervise construction personnel on proper LOTO protocols. Inspections & Risk Assessment
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure LOTO compliance. Collaborate with project stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential safety risks. Documentation & Responsiveness
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation of all LOTO activities. Respond to emergency situations and implement appropriate LOTO measures.
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong verbal, written, analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently. Ability to complete multiple projects within time constraints. Strong organizational skills.
