Production Supervisor at Carfair Composites

Carfair Composites is a recognized leader in fiber-reinforced plastic (FRP) design and manufacturing, aiming for operational excellence and continuous improvement in our production processes. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing team. In this role, you will oversee the production operations, ensuring that quality standards and production schedules are met while fostering a culture of safety and teamwork.

As a Production Supervisor, you will manage daily activities, coordinate workflows, and support team members in achieving their goals. You will actively engage in problem-solving and implement initiatives that drive efficiency and productivity throughout the production process.
