Join the SIMOS team in Adairsville, GA! We're hiring full-time Warehouse Associates for long-term opportunities with weekly pay, competitive wages ($14.12-$15.69/hr), performance incentives, and great benefits. Associates are eligible for benefits after 30 days, PTO, referral bonuses, and a $1/hour raise after one year (per eligibility requirements).
Duties include: loading/unloading shipments, moving and organizing products, sorting/scanning orders, and general warehouse labor.
Must have 1 year of Warehouse experience.
Shifts and Pay:
  • Day: Mon-Thu, 6 am-4:30 pm ($14.12)
  • Weekend Day: Fri-Sun, 6 am-6:30 pm ($15.69)

Job Responsibilities
  • Load and unload shipments.
  • Move, organize, sort, and scan products and orders.
  • Shrink wrap and palletize products in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain a clean and safe workspace.

This is a physically demanding role that requires:
  • Lifting, carrying, and handling boxes up to 75 lbs
  • Standing, walking, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling throughout the shift
  • Being on your feet for 10-12 hours per shift
  • Reaching overhead, twisting, turning, and squatting regularly
  • Work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly with others.

  • 6+ months of recent warehouse experience
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs without assistance
  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions, labels, and safety procedures
  • Ability to safely work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with moving equipment
  • Ability to use required personal protective equipment (PPE), including gloves and safety shoes
  • Comfortable working in varying temperatures (hot or cold environments)
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
