MACHINE OPERATOR | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION:
- Location: Cockeysville MD 21031 – 100% on-site
- Payrate: $18.45/hr
- Required Availability: Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
- Mandatory one-week onboarding program on first shift hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM).
MACHINE OPERATOR | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS:
The Machine Operator will support manufacturing operations in a regulated production environment. This role is responsible for operating, setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting automated manufacturing equipment while ensuring product quality, safety, and compliance with established procedures.
- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs

MACHINE OPERATOR | RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Set up, operate, and monitor automated production equipment.
- Adjust machine settings and perform routine equipment checks.
- Inspect products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure quality standards are met.
- Identify and remove defective materials or products.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and assist with minor equipment repairs.
- Support preventive maintenance activities.
- Complete quality, safety, and production documentation accurately.
- Assist with root-cause investigations for process or product issues.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and established operating procedures.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
MACHINE OPERATOR | REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)
- Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
- 2 years of manufacturing experience.
- Ability to work independently and follow documented procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer proficiency in a Windows environment.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Additional Information: Safety shoes are required.
Preferred:
- Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with quality control processes and production documentation.
