Pro Active Pest Control is currently hiring full-time Pest Control Technicians to join our team! Whether you are already licensed or looking to start a new career, we are seeking motivated individuals ready to provide real-time solutions and deliver 5-star service to our customers.


No experience is requiredwe provide paid training and state licensing for the right candidate.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage an established service route and new customers
  • Perform inspections and treatments for residential and commercial properties
  • Troubleshoot pest issues and provide effective solutions
  • Educate customers on services and prevention methods
  • Maintain strong time management and daily scheduling
  • Help meet company service and sales goals
  • Continuously build skills and product knowledge
  • Train alongside a licensed technician if not yet licensed


Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Valid drivers license with a good DMV record
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull equipment, climb ladders, and work at heights
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills
  • Must have or be willing to obtain an Applicator or Branch II Field Representative license through the CA State Pest Control Board
  • Ability to pass a live scan, state exam, and obtain licensing within 90 days if not currently licensed
  • Must be willing and able to complete a background check and motor vehicle record (MVR) review, and meet eligibility requirements to be insured under the companys auto insurance policy, in accordance with applicable laws.
