Job description

OVERVIEW:

Job Title: Facility Technician
Schedule: 50-hour work week
Job Location: Amelia, La.

Performance Energy Services Expectations:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintenance and Repairs: Perform routine maintenance on systems such as plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. This includes, but is not limited to, tasks like changing filters, repairing leaks, and replacing light fixtures.


  • Certified in welding 3g/4g.


  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues with building systems to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.

  • Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational policies. Remedy and report any issues that require attention.

  • Production: Work as a team to produce ExoForms (Cajun Coral) at all steps of the production process, including forklift operations.

  • Custodial Tasks: Occasionally perform custodial duties, such as cleaning and maintaining common areas.

  • Collaboration: Work with outside contractors for specialized repairs and maintenance tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- 5 or more years of experience.
- Strong team-oriented skills.
- Exceptional understanding of Safety processes and practices
- Able to mentor new employees
- Exceptional technical writing and communication skills

- Must have a valid Twic card.
