Vali Incorporated seeks highly qualified Helicopter Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) to support AMS Flight School located in Milton, Florida. Position Responsibilities:Provide flight instruction to students in accordance with FAA 14 CFR Part 61 and Part 141 standardsProvide ground instruction to students in accordance with FAA 14 CFR Part 61 and Part 141 standardsMaintain accurate student training records in accordance with approved Training Course Outlines (TCOs)Maintain electronic student flight records as required by TCOsPerform other duties as assigned by the Chief or Assistant Chief Flight InstructorEssential Skills / Job Functions:Mentor students throughout flight and ground trainingMaintain flight training standards in accordance with FAA regulations and AMS TCOsEnsure students achieve required flight training milestonesSchedule and coordinate flight and ground training as neededDemonstrate professionalism, integrity, strong listening skills, and effective communication; prioritize student development over flight time buildingMaintain open and effective communication with the Chief and Assistant Chief Flight InstructorDemonstrate a working knowledge of AMS TCOsDemonstrate a working knowledge of FAA rules and regulations for Part 141 and Part 61 flight trainingMaintain a safe working environment and ensure students understand and follow the AMS Safety ProgramComplete all required documentation, including logbooks, flight documentation, endorsements, and related recordsExhibit strong customer service skillsConsistently represent and promote AMS flight training as a professional brand ambassador Position Qualifications:Qualified to instruct in the Robinson R-22 HelicopterFAA Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) ratingFAA Certified Flight Instructor-Instrument (CFII) rating preferred.Current FAA First- or Second-Class Medical CertificateAbility to perform all job duties in accordance with Airman Certification Standards (ACS)Proficient computer skills required to maintain accurate electronic training and student recordsVali, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
