About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and execution-focused Performance Marketing Specialist to develop, manage, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across multiple digital advertising platforms.
This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer who understands how to build scalable acquisition systems while balancing creativity, experimentation, and ROI optimization. You will oversee campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and additional paid channels, ensuring every campaign is optimized for measurable business growth.
The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, understands full-funnel marketing, and continuously improves campaign performance through testing, analytics, and strategic optimization.
What You'll Own
Campaign Strategy & Execution
• Develop and manage performance-driven advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid platforms
• Plan and execute campaigns focused on lead generation, customer acquisition, sales, and brand growth
• Create, test, and optimize ad creatives, messaging, audience targeting, and campaign structures
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and creative teams to ensure alignment across campaigns and brand messaging
• Manage campaign launches, scaling initiatives, and ongoing optimization efforts
Optimization & Growth
• Monitor campaign performance daily and identify optimization opportunities
• Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies
• Optimize budgets, bids, placements, and targeting to improve ROAS and reduce CPA/CPL
• Experiment with new campaign formats, acquisition strategies, and audience segments
• Stay updated on advertising platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry best practices
Analytics & Reporting
• Track and analyze KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPA, CPL, ROAS, conversion rates, and funnel performance
• Use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and advertising dashboards to evaluate campaign effectiveness
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and optimization recommendations
• Identify trends, attribution insights, and opportunities for scalable growth through data analysis
Funnel & Conversion Strategy
• Understand and optimize the full customer acquisition funnel from ad click through conversion
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion performance
• Support landing page optimization and conversion-focused marketing initiatives
• Ensure campaigns align with broader business growth and revenue objectives
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with design, content, sales, and marketing teams to improve campaign outcomes
• Provide data-backed feedback on ad creatives, messaging, and conversion assets
• Contribute to integrated marketing strategies across paid, organic, and outbound channels
