We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Excellerate team as a Material Handler. This position is responsible for picking and processing orders within the warehouse. The ideal candidate would be proficient in the use of a PC, Microsoft Office Suite, and Viewpoint and Access database.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred

Experience: 1 or more years of experience

Travel: None

Work Schedule: Between the hours of 6 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday. May vary based on customer demands and can include, but is not limited to: nights, weekends, and holidays.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Accurately pick, stage, and process materials and parts to support daily production and shipping needs.
  • Operate a variety of material handling equipment such as forklifts, telehandlers, and pallet jacks to safely move materials throughout the facility.
  • Deliver materials to designated points of use on the production floor or within the warehouse, ensuring efficient flow and minimal downtime.
  • Collaborate closely with assembly teams and warehouse staff to anticipate material needs and respond quickly to requests.
  • Support a culture of safety and compliance by following all OSHA regulations and company policies related to material handling and workplace conduct.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment through regular housekeeping and 5S practices.
  • Utilize hand and power tools as needed for packaging, kitting, or basic material prep.
  • Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed and aligned with operational goals.
  • Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory activities, helping to ensure accuracy and reliability in material tracking systems.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
