Job description

Description:

This position is contingent upon contract award.

Resicum International LLC is seeking an experienced Aerospace Ground Equipment Maintenance Advisor (AGEMA) to support the Indian Army AH-64E Apache Training Assistance Field Team (TAFT) under the Security Assistance Training Management Organization (SATMO) Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program. This is a full-time overseas position in India and is contingent upon contract award.

The Aerospace Ground Equipment Maintenance Advisor serves as the principal technical advisor for the maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and sustainment of aerospace ground equipment (AGE) and ground support equipment (GSE) supporting the Indian Army's AH-64E Apache fleet. Drawing on the expertise of a former U.S. Army MOS 15H Aircraft Pneudraulics Repairer, the advisor provides classroom instruction, hands-on demonstrations, and mentorship to develop the Indian Army's ability to inspect, service, remove, replace, repair, prepare, clean, and store AH-64E AGE/GSE in accordance with U.S. Army maintenance doctrine and technical manuals.

The advisor also assists in establishing and improving pneudraulic maintenance programs, preventive maintenance procedures, maintenance documentation, oil analysis programs, quality assurance processes, and equipment readiness. Working directly with Indian Army maintenance personnel and leadership, the AGEMA supports the development of lesson plans, maintenance reference materials, and sustainable maintenance practices that enhance long-term operational capability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train and mentor Indian Army personnel in the inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and sustainment of AH-64E aerospace ground equipment and ground support equipment.
  • Conduct classroom instruction and hands-on practical demonstrations using U.S. Army maintenance standards and technical publications.
  • Advise on preventive maintenance, pneudraulic systems, diagnostics, equipment recovery, and repair procedures.
  • Assist in establishing maintenance programs, documentation processes, and the Army Oil Analysis Program (AOAP).
  • Promote maintenance quality assurance, safety, equipment readiness, and accountability.
  • Develop lesson plans, training materials, and maintenance reference guides.
  • Coordinate with Indian Army leadership to improve maintenance operations and long-term sustainment.
  • Support the objectives of the USASATMO Foreign Military Sales mission through technical expertise and professional mentorship.

This position offers an exceptional opportunity to leverage your U.S. Army aviation maintenance experience to develop allied military maintenance capabilities and strengthen the long-term readiness of the Indian Army's AH-64E Apache fleet. Employment is contingent upon contract award.

Requirements:
  • This position is contingent upon contract award.
  • Former U.S. Army MOS 15H Aircraft Pneudraulics Repairer (20-level or higher) or equivalent military/civilian experience (equivalency considered on a case-by-case basis).
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience maintaining Aerospace Ground Equipment (AGE) and Ground Support Equipment (GSE) supporting military aviation operations.
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience supervising, instructing, or managing aviation pneudraulics or aerospace ground equipment maintenance programs.
  • Extensive knowledge of aviation electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, diesel, and gasoline-powered ground support equipment.
  • Demonstrated experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining aerospace ground equipment and associated systems.
  • Experience conducting classroom instruction, hands-on demonstrations, and technical mentorship.
  • Proficiency using U.S. Army technical manuals, maintenance publications, and established maintenance procedures.
  • Experience establishing preventive maintenance programs, maintenance documentation, equipment accountability, and quality assurance processes.
  • Familiarity with the Army Oil Analysis Program (AOAP) and equipment sustainment practices preferred.
  • MFAGE Ground Support Vehicle experience with the ability to provide hands-on instruction is highly preferred.
  • Previous experience supporting Security Assistance Training Management Organization (SATMO), Training Assistance Field Team (TAFT), or Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs preferred.
  • Previous instructor, senior maintainer, maintenance supervisor, or maintenance management experience preferred.
  • Experience working with allied, multinational, or international military organizations preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, instructional, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as a senior technical advisor in a multinational and cross-cultural environment.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain all required security clearances.
  • Must possess or be able to obtain a valid U.S. passport and all required visas for overseas employment.
  • Must be medically, physically, and mentally capable of meeting overseas deployment requirements.
  • Must successfully complete all company, customer, and U.S. Government pre-employment and deployment requirements.
  • Must be willing to live and work in India for the duration of the assignment.
