(PRIOR DENTAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED)We are looking for a fun & energetic Dental Receptionist for our Pediatric Office to help assist with the daily clerical operations of our dental practice.We are in search of a dedicated and highly capable Dental Receptionist to assist us with our expanding practice. The ideal candidate is technically proficient and is able to communicate effectively with both patients and staff.The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling appointments, greeting patients in a courteous and professional manner, and obtaining payments for services rendered. This is a position that would be great for someone looking to expand their knowledge in the field and who has an eye for detail. Great work environment!(Growth opportunities available within the company!)Responsibilities:
  • Greeting patients and visitors
  • Answering phones
  • Making appointments
  • Recording insurance, financial, and personal information
  • Obtaining payments for services rendered

Dental Receptionist Qualifications and Skills:
  • Reliable, Positive attitude and energetic personality, Professional and courteous phone etiquette, Friendly, positive demeanor with patients and dental office team members, Able to work independently and complete tasks by deadlines; excellent teamwork skills

Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday and some weekends may be required

Experience:
  • Dental Office: 1 year (Preferred)
