Job Description

Summary:

The Service Booker is responsible for processing warranty claims, ensuring proper documentation, and reconciling payments with accuracy. The ideal candidate has dealership experience, with prior warranty processing knowledge preferred.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for auditing and closing repair orders by verifying the accuracy of labor, parts, technician time, pricing, and documentation. Ensures repair orders comply with dealership policies and manufacturer standards before final billing and posting. Coordinates with service advisors, technicians, warranty administrators, and accounting to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate service records
Qualifications
  • Must have prior warranty processing experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic accounting or reconciliation experience.
  • Proficiency with computers and dealership management software.
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
  • All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
  • All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with multiple automotive brands and factory warranty procedures.
  • Experience assisting multiple departments in a dealership setting.
