Weekly Pay
Full-Time | 1st Shift

Schedule: Monday–Friday

NOTS Logistics is seeking detail-oriented Order Pickers to join our warehouse team in Lebanon, TN. This position is responsible for accurately picking, verifying, and preparing customer orders while maintaining inventory accuracy, quality standards, and workplace safety.

The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, pays close attention to detail, and takes pride in delivering accurate work.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Verify part numbers, quantities, locations, and order details before shipment.
  • Inspect products for quality and accuracy.
  • Assist with loading operations as needed based on production and shipping demands.
  • Utilize RF scanners and warehouse systems to complete transactions.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Maintain housekeeping standards and comply with 5S practices.
  • Assist with training and supporting team members.
  • Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors.
  • Report to work on time and prepared for assigned duties.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
QualificationsPreferred Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous warehouse, distribution, or order fulfillment experience
  • Experience using RF scanners and warehouse technology
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and work for up to 10 hours
  • Ability to repeatedly lift up to 35 pounds
  • Ability to read and interpret work instructions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
