With the recent addition of a new doctor to our team, we are expanding to meet the needs of our community. We pride ourselves on being a collaborative, "all-hands-on-deck" office where every team member is valued and motivated to deliver an incredible patient experience through modern technology and clinical excellence.
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our growing clinical family. This role is perfect for a clinician who is passionate about oral health education and delivering meticulous preventative care. As a key member of our team, you will have the autonomy to manage your patients' periodontal health while working in a supportive environment that emphasizes quality over quantity.

Preventative Care: Perform thorough dental prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing with a focus on patient comfort.
Clinical Assessments: Conduct comprehensive oral health screenings, including periodontal charting and oral cancer exams.
Patient Education: Counsel patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the link between oral health and systemic wellness.
Radiography: Capture high-quality diagnostic X-rays and intraoral images to assist in treatment planning.
Collaboration: Partner with the dentists to co-discover and present treatment plans to patients.
Documentation: Maintain precise and detailed clinical notes within the patient's electronic medical record.

Salary Range

Full-time $60 - $65 per hour
