Job description


ITTConnect is seeking an Oracle SOA Administrator to work on site for a client in Columbus, OH. This is a contract position with a client that is a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and engineering services with over 300,000 team members in nearly 50 countries. The end client is in the Utilities sector.
Job location: Columbus, OH (on site work)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Install,configure, and maintain Oracle SOA Suite (12c/14c), OSB, and MFTenvironments
  • Perform upgrades,migrations, and patching of SOA/OSB environments
  • Manage andconfigure WebLogic domains for SOA, OSB, and MFT
  • Monitor systemperformance and ensure high availability, reliability, and scalability
  • Troubleshootand resolve environment, deployment, and runtime issues
  • Configure andmanage clusters, servers, and resources within WebLogic domains
  • Work closelywith development teams to support deployments and release activities
  • Implement andmaintain backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes
  • Ensure securityconfigurations, SSL setup, and compliance standards are met
  • Provide productionsupport and handle incident/problem management
  • Documentconfigurations, processes, and procedures

Requirements
Expertise in:
  • WebLogicServer administration
  • SOA/OSBdomain configuration
  • Environmentbuild and setup

Provenexperience in:
  • Patchingand upgrades (PSU/CPU)
  • Installationand configuration of middleware components

Good knowledgeof:
  • Linux/Unixenvironments
  • Shellscripting
  • Experience introubleshooting performance and integration issues

Good to Have:
  • Basicunderstanding of SOA development (BPEL, OSB services, integrations)
  • Knowledge of CI/CDpipelines (Jenkins, Git, etc.)
